I'm looking for a manga that I read a while ago its about a government study I believe. They make one of their workers marry a girl who is a lolita queen in her country. Then they make him live with children from all over the world and he is their "papa" and she is their "mama". They start living together as a family.
there's a chapter where they are in an airplane and it crashes they wind up on a island that has a giant hotel there. The island is over filled with gorillas.

O_o so dedicated to helping people... I'm so sad that there is one manga/anime (don't remember which type since both are pretty much the same to me, except when I read manga I have my own music, when I watch anime I listen to thier :/) oh well Maybe I'll just randomly stumble upon it one day.
