Cooking or any "career" manga

Hello,

The unfinished state of Yumeiro Patissiere's translation has left me looking for more cooking manga, or any career-type manga like Seiyuu Ka and Glass Mask.

On the cooking side, I've read (or am reading):
Toriko
Hell's Kitchen
Mixed Vegetable (can't find the last volume)
Kitchen Princess

On the career side, (besides Glass Mask and Seiyuu Ka)
Skip Beat
Bakuman

I'd prefer to avoid any ecchi manga. Thank you!

Are you consider professional dancer/ ballerina as career? If so, then Subaru and its sequel, Moon, would be fit.
REC: voice acting too, I don't read it but it got lots of positive reviews...
Ashita no Ousama: director/scenario writer of a troupe
Gekiga Hyouryuu: more like a biography of the mangaka. It gives insight about earlier manga industry in the 50's-60's
