I was wondering if the whole setup could end up like deadman wonderland?

prisoners arrested without having committed a crime, some powers after a large event, and of course killing for fun.

I'd be glad if the whole topic could be cleared up after a few more chapters and similarities listed up in this topic.



nonetheless I think it's a great manga and look foreword for more :batoto_010:

This :" :batoto_010:" is truly unnecassary. All you do is turn innocent people's lives into horror movies.

Beside that, nah. The protagonist has already commited the crime. (assuming that the protagonist is the black haired one.)

i just remember the panel where the police arrests him and he runs to his mother

i mean this decomposing could be a nightmare, a fear that has manifested itself into his mind

maybe it's just the fear of losing her, or maybe he lost her because of his power but in another kind of way

Wasn't he able just to decompose mechanical stuff?

If he can decompose literally anything.. fuck, he's the strongest shit out there.

Just because I felt it wasn't cleared out... Our bespectacled MC has so far only the ability to decompose mechanical things. The thing with his mother was completely a dream (but perhaps it was also meant to foreshadow a future evolution in his ability or some already existent but hidden aspect of it?). And I am pretty sure that it was clearly said in the first chapter, that the people are prisoners because they are altered. They didn't necessarily commit a crime. Problem is that their abilities pose a potential threat to normal humans and they COULD commit crimes with them so they get captured and transported to the island (kind of a fascism thingy only that in this case the oppressed group or rather a small fraction of them already DID something (destroyed the city and such, no matter if deliberately or not) and therefore the whole bunch was declared enemies and therefore became hunted).

Well that depend on how fast he can decomposed things. If it's applied all around his body and can decomposed all matter fast enough, that it will just like throwing dust at him. ( The smallest part of decomposed item is atom after-all ). That's the ultimate version of his power capable of.
