Gakuen Alice, it's shoujo but I think it's great. The plot keep me interested.
Rosario to Vampire and its sequel. Maybe you've read this, but well, I still mention them because think it's among the best if you want series full packed with action/fantasy thing mixed with romance...

I haven't read all of them, but I've read people recommending Mx0, although it has rushed ending (also, Mahou Sensei Negima).
