On a scale of one to ten how good is this manga compared to other manga of it's genre ? In your own words

Honestly, this is incredibly tame compared to works on the more extreme end of the seinen genre. I'd rate this series about a 3, which is downright relaxing compared to works I'd rate as 8 or 9. When someone mentions "perverted", unless explicitly defined otherwise, I take it to mean human perversion at its most basic and purest form. Images you cannot unsee, ideas you wish you never encountered. Concepts that push the boundary of human creativity and imagination can give birth to some very horrific things. A perversion is called such because, more than simply straying from the norm, it's a step towards a much greater evil.
Some disciplinary abuse presented in an exaggerated and comedic fashion along with mild depictions of fetishistic behavior is hardly what I call truly perverted.
But if you just mean perverted as in "kind of ecchi", I'd rate this a little higher. Up to about a 7 depending on the chapter.
Note that this is just the "ecchi scale". Once you break through 10 on the meter, you're in hentai territory.

I rate 7, and only because as Coca said, this is far from extreme (and extreme I've read); however, combined with clausal perception of "ecchi", given the threshold of target audience and viewer indiscretion... Actually, forget that. Because these are the choices in the poll, I give 7, so that's that

it doesnt really compare to SUNDOME or other hardcore sienen mangas in terms of pervertedness... it definitely has its own unique charm... though it has some badass fan service... but overall its really a good read...

Out of 1-10 I'll say it's 4. There are some good scenes, but they over used the vice president soo much it loses it's appeal. These kinds of manga stalls when the author labels the character for only 1 role: dominatrix. Hard on's never lasts, so if say the author slaps in more romance development or more of other characters doing other adult stuff that would be kick ass. Personally I here's some things I'm looking forward to... if it every happens...
1) I wanted more comedy, I teared up on the shit my pants arc with laughter but things became more serious after that and seem like it's dropped
2) More romance: the vice would eventually fall for the fat guy and become something like a role reversal kind of deal would be great or something like a tsunder, I think that's the term for it, for the vice toward the fat one. It would be comedic if she falls for his nipple hair for a story arc, or just lusting to pluck it off herself. lol. Generally more romance and not some cheap nip slips or camel toes as a whole, for the main character would be swell. The karate chick can be one of his playmates too, where she just uses his body as a sex ed tool for her to experiment on.
3)I know the manga is called prison school but there needs to have more in school or outside scene changes.
So basically comedy,romance, scene changes and this would be the ultimate absurd echhi manga that will seperate itself from it's counterparts.

Overall, this manga is quite decent. It is Hilarious. BTW, the story is also good, cliffhangers at the best part of the arc always makes me want for more.
The fanservices were also good, maybe a bit too much, but still ok.
Overall : 8/10
But this pole is about perverted it is. Considering this is not a hentai, but the fanservice is almost up to the level of hentai. Very hentai-like ecchi manga.
Thus I conclude that its level of perverted as OVER 9000!!!!! for an ecchi manga.
if its hentai, ill rate it as 5/10
