Otona ni Naru Houhou >> it has greek scanlation under it. It's the long series that spans 10 volumes.
Kumiko & Shingo >> I don't know much, but because it consists of 5 different oneshot compilation and 1 long series, my guess is the scanlator split it since the numbering start again from Otona ni Naru Houhou?

Its the same thing. Google Otona ni naru Houhou and this is what you get http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=49930 . In this it also says the long running series in Kumiko & Shingo is 10 volumes long and is named Otona ni naru Houhou. If you noticed vol 1 chapter 1 of Otona ni Naru Houhou is exactly the same as vol 1 chapter 1 of Kumiko & Shingo and both are titled "The Dandy of 123 centimeters" and this is not part of the 10 vol Otona ni naru Houhou arc. Greek Scanlators clearly made an error. Another fact is this is a collaboration project between the english scanlator THMMY Scans and Greek Scanlators which is clearly stated in the THMMY website. Otona ni Naru Houhou description also stated there are 5 oneshots and 6th long series (10 volumes). The proper title would be Kumiko & Shingo and the 3 scans by Greek Scanlators under Otona ni Naru Houhou should be moved to Kumiko & Shingo .

Um, but now the Greek chapters aren't listed... the chapter links do work, thankfully, but there is no apparent way to access them unless one knows the link.
As for the title... I thought it was called "Otona ni naru Houhou", because that was the name Baka-Updates mentioned, so that's the name I uploaded it as. That's what the volume cover says, too: "Otona ni naru Houhou", and underneath that "Kumiko & Shingo shiri-zu". I honestly have no idea which one is supposed to be the "correct" one.

Well, the comic itself is deleted, but the files seem to have been forgotten. Looks like a job for our Admins.
Edit: I uploaded the chapters to http://www.batoto.net/comic/_/comics/kumiko-shingo-r1967 again, so that they can be accessed normally as well until the others can get moved.
