I've only just realized it now, but Milka was probably the one who gave the planetarium ticket to Tetra in chapter 10.

So it's possible that she either:
1) Likes Tetra, and is mad the main character can't realize Tetra's affections for him because she genuinely wants Tetra to be happy... and is an awfully complicated individual.
2) She likes the main character and is an awfully complicated individual.
or 3) She is an awfully complicated individual.

I'm more inclined to choose 1, because it makes the most sense, but the answer is probably number 2.

What do you think?
