Hmmm... well, I can't really state any particular shows that I outright dislike (since i'm quite picky and usually know what I'll like), but I can say that I wouldn't watch shows that use overly cheesy/corny acting. Generally this would be the sort of slapstick humour that cracks me up in anime and manga, but which I think is totally out of place in live-action stuff.
eg. I love the Nodame manga/anime but couldn't bear to watch the live-action...
Anyway, the one show (of the mere handful I've seen) that utterly blew me away is: Jin
Including full length films, I'd also include Suspect X which does have a preceding drama, Galileo (which I'm not a fan of, haha - It's a bit too corny for my tastes. The film however, is dead serious heh.)
Others that are worth a mention:
BOSS; Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo; Odoru Daisousasen (the movies too);Shinya Shokudou; Trick; Voice;
