Considering the nature of the attack, are there any plans to appeal through the adsense process?

An appeal has been filed, though, I'm not banking on it.Considering the nature of the attack, are there any plans to appeal through the adsense process?

Invalid click (activity) is defined by google as "...generated by a publisher clicking on his own ads, a publisher encouraging clicks on his ads, automated clicking tools or traffic sources, robots, or other deceptive software."
I don't click my own ads, we don't encourage clicking, nor force, we don't have automated clicking robots, tools or other deceptive software. There's really only 1 answer left.

too sad, hmmand google can find lots of reasons for disabling their adsense...
also google is pretty much automated on everything, so don't feel to down that they don't respond xD....
that said any plans for future programs?

Hmmm... Google Adsense has a lot of problems 'cos Google tends to dismiss your account, as they wish to. I recall there were people who had at least US$200k to over $500k of earnings, frozen by them.
And 'cos the company is now so large, it's rarely possible to get through to someone who'll listen to you.
There're other ad networks available but I'm unsure about their payment rates and so on.
I wish I knew a workaround to prevent too many clickrates within a few seconds/minutes.
Edit: I guess you've already tried appealing to them to show you didn't violate the TOS in any way, eh.

Google adsense terms pretty much says they can disable your account for what ever reason they feel like it. I don't think a lawsuit would go very far.
Right now, I'm trying to create a list of safe (safe for Batoto) ad networks. While I always wanted to add other networks for scanlators, I often failed to find alternatives as they usually have too many features. Features which can be used for malicious purposes against our website. Google adsense was perfect in the sense that I could control its behaviors and still host others ads by simply obtaining publisher IDs. This was the primary reason I forced usage of google adsense.
For starters, PixFuture and CPMStar seems like a good place. Though, not official yet.
I can't say I didn't see this day coming... Google's quite infamous for this after all. I suppose I should have been better prepared.
On the side of saving my own rear, I think I will open a subscription model. I thought of just donation may be fine, but thought to myself that donators should be rewarded somehow. The obvious answer to me was "no ads". Send money + No ads for some time = subscription... I'll probably make it really cheap. I don't think it's fair to make it pricey.
PS. Let's try to keep general chit chat to a minimum on this thread.

Mmm is it possible for...well...more explicit ads for more explicit manga only? e.g. Japanzai has 3 readers, with 3 different levels of explicitness. (Japanzai Reader, Ecchi Reader and +18 Reader. Although my guess is they operate on different servers.)
Since google ad program has already failed us, is there still a need to restrict slightly more explicit manga like nozoki ana, wolf guy and velvet kiss that have a fair no. of readers? (previously mentioned in the age rating thread, page 2 last post.)
This would possibly bring in additional revenue which may hopefully cover some of the costs. Though of course this means that it really isn't viable if the ad money goes to the scanlators. (but then again with the adsense system crashing down on us, I don't think there's any ad-revenue sharing available right now.)

Google cancelled on us at 300 dollars, appeal denied, so far we have this thing called infolinks, we're trying to find alternatives as well.
