do you put oil before you fry them? what kind?
whoa, should've check this thread more often. gomen anni.
ya of course i'd put some oil first. if not it'll be too sticky. i always use soyabean's oil. first you put the oil, then the onion and beansprout. cook it for a bit and then add the dried noodle. put in some spices (i always use 2 pinch of salt and a bit sugar, no msg) mix them together then add soy sauce and mix them again (i use a combination of light and dark soy sauce). cook it for awhile till you think it's ready. then serve. easy no?

true enough.. most of the time when i'm in a rush... just bread coffee fruit or tea...just interchanging it everyday... then when i have time.. only then i can eat a cup of rice, vegies, some meat... all with my own cooking...
