Nothing. Most of the time when your lifespan is empty you are hurt like hell or unconscious or having defect organs, eyes etc. so there would not be much to do. but well, you probably ment when you feel healthy and you know you are going to die tomorrow.
But ehhm, i would do nothing really unless it can be fixed( Which can't in real life that is ), Probably read a few manga's, job or spend the last day with friends / family

First, I would write a speech that I want read at my funereal.
Next, I would call up all the people I know and tell them how freaking awesome they are.
Then I would climb a mountain and look out over my hometown and scream something like "I f*cking love you, life! Its been an awesome run!". And I would sit there, listening to my favorite tunes (Maybe "The Cave" for the last minutes?) and looking out over the unbelievably amazing scenery of my home. Maybe I'd cry a little.
Then the explosives I set up would go off. Whats the point if you don't go out with a bang?

And this got me thinking, IF heaven existed, of course I would go there, then god, being all mighty and all knowing, would already know what the mangaka would write in their manga, and would know all the manga to come, so there would be an awesome collection up there...
