Rurouni Kenshin

So I made a terrible mistake last time by uploading despite the "do not upload" rule so this time I'd like some clarification if possible on uploading Rurouni Kenshin. 

I know that 10 chapters are already up on Batoto, but my question is if I am allowed to upload the already scanlated version up. That is, can I upload the volumes by the groups Toriyama World, Manga Downloads, and Tales of the Swirl-Eyes Samurai scanlated years ago? I don't see any specific rules regarding these groups (in fact Toriyama and Tales are disbanded, while Manga Downloads has been inactive for over 6 months) so the only other reason I see not to upload is to wait for a more "modern" scanlation. I just want to make sure before I jump the gun again.

Multiple scanlation groups are allowed.

If group X says it's not allowed, then absent special circumstances, it's not allowed, even if the group was disbanded 5 years ago,

I'm too lazy to look up Rurouni Kenshin scan groups, but I know there (at least, last time I checked) was a group that is re-doing them from Special Edition Tanks or something like that. If you want to upload those up as well, that's fine. Or if you want to upload really old groups, that's fine too, as long as they allow online readers to host them.

If they don't say anything about online readers, then the assumption is that we are allowed to host.
