As I was chopping some onions, I find the shiny pointy edge of the knife fascinating...
And I thought that with this I could easily stab the people in the room and kill them...

If scientific/statistical models are based on empirical falsification, what can we say about the distinction between theory and fact? (such as things considered common knowledge)

Something similiar happened to me once. I was driving back from school when I saw this old man crossing the street. I thought "I could easily just run him over real fast." then I stopped for a second and thought "The hell? What's wrong with me?"As I was chopping some onions, I find the shiny pointy edge of the knife fascinating...
