I noticed there was to thread about vns, and was wondering who else plays em. I have played famous one like fate/stay night, fate/zero, tsukihime, etc. Are there any other good ones out there?

It's more of a graphic novel but *shrugs* http://trueremembrance.insani.org/
many of insani's releases are pretty good even if short, like True Remembrance, Red Shift and Narcissu.
Brass Restoration is another decent one, but not by insani.

yes majikoi's an eroge. The ones I listed in my post are non-H however.

I have played A Profile, Da Capo Innocent Finale, Da Capo, Da Capo 2, Demonbane, Eien no Aselia - Kono Daichi no Hate de, Fate/Stay Night, G Senjou no Maou, Guilty The Sin, Kara no Shoujo, Koihime Musou, Da Capo - Kotori Love ExP, Monster Girl Quest, MuvLuv, Osananijimi wa Daitouryou, Princess waltz, Sharin no Kuni - Himawari no Shoujo ^^
I recommend playing G Senjou no Maou and Fate/Stay Night myself, both are godlike ^^
If you want some visual novels with actual gameplay, play Eien no Aselia - Kono Daichi no Hate de and Princess Waltz ^^
Here are some visuals novel that I haven't played that have gameplay: Utawarerumono, Lighning Warrior Raidy 1 & 2, Men at Work 2 ^^
I recommend playing G Senjou no Maou and Fate/Stay Night myself, both are godlike ^^

Oh and you know eroge is such a heavy term, like if you go to a friend and say "hey I've been eroging all night", makes you sound like a perv. Thats why we use the term visual novel or graphic novel, makes it sound better, and you feel less guilty...

I'm actually still working on Da Capo....but somehow after Nemu and Mako's route I don't have the motivation to finish Moe's route (then kotori and sakura then the last girl if I could, was my plan)
Brass restoration...I couldn't finish it either (got stuck at main heroine's route (think her name was minori)
Osadai...played demo and now I have the game but not yet installed. toooooo lazy.
edit: and actually eroge is a sub-group of the broad term Visual Novel. but there so happens to be more eroges than non-H VNs to the point VN = eroge. reason? most of the otakus in japan are males. they want H stuff. many of the eroges are catered more for the H-scenes with bishoujo heroines for the market, rather than story-centric non-H 'classics' like Narcissu and True Remembrance.
