Big Bang, 2PM, 4 minute, 2NE1, Kara, Afterschool, B2st, Super Junior, and f(x) are some well known groups.

"FT Island'' if you're planning to deviate to actually hearing proper instrumentals in K-Pop.
I'm an FT island fan... they are just so cute and I wanna glomp them! Oh and Lee Hong-ki(vocals) is awesome. They have a lot of nice sad songs that makes me really cry...

I can't really named them on the top of my head, but if you make an account on Last.fm, and type in one Korean group [or any group you like], it'll find the group as well as similar groups/bands.
