Thanks, it's difficult to tell how reliable the group info is, when you can't tell who changed it.

Actually now it's really confusing... Taka just PM'ed me ~11hrs ago that the policy was changed to 2hrs... and now loki's saying no delay... I'll PM him and confirm.
