Page 1 should be the second to last page (pg 24 in the release). It must have something to do with the way its named, but we reuploaded it twice and it still came first.

Page 24 is named Ch002, but all the rest are named ch002.
But for some reason, I'm getting an error uploading. I'll re-upload this when we get the problem fixed.
