Before you make a request
Please be aware that if you can post here, you can also upload comics. - in fact everybody can, once registered to Batoto.
Other things to keep in mind:
1)If you are requesting comics to be uploaded please provide some sort of link either to a comic on Batoto or to Mangaupdates. Thanks.
2)While sharing information or asking questions about things here is fine please keep it related to a specific upload request. If you have question about uploading things in general please make your own topic.

hmm, well this is still contributors and above only. it will probably be replaced with a sub forum I don't think you can make only a thread accessible.

Mahou Onna is perfectly within bounds compared to some other manga already hosted here. Creating a special server for adult content implies it'll host hentai there, but Mahou Onna is definitely not hentai.

hm.. after reading it, it's like yuria 100 shiki.. I think it's permissible..

Slightly off topic. adult only batoto is meant for titles that would be classified as adult by law (not japanese law). It is primarily a legal separation, not a genre separation. We have no plans as of now to host hentai. Once launched, we'll move titles that are "questionable" to there which will likely include all yaoi titles.
Why the separation? Because almost all of current advertisers require non-adult content. Separation also helps people who doesn't actually want to view them. There are minors running amok! Lastly, we host many people's advertising in Batoto, we want to make sure to safeguard other's ad account as well as ours. What about the other online readers that already have them? Well, just because they're in the wrong doesn't mean we should be too.

Grumpy, I'm not sure how US law defines adult content, but I think it's too late for Batoto now. There are titles already uploaded that push right to the boundaries of hentai. So in effect, Batoto already follows Japanese definitions.

after reading chapter 2, i dont feel this series should be here, this series might not show too much of the H-stuff but still it is focused on it
and few scenes in the chapter 2 are two much and falls under batoto AO policy

You make it sound like things are undeletable. If things need to be taken off, they should be taken off, lest the groups using AdSense here run in trouble with advertisers (and get cut off altogether).

Yes, organize a great AO hunt among the already uploaded titles, have 1 million arguments about what is and is not AO, and then delete a bunch, thereby wasting their uploaders' effort. It's not too late yet for that.

No one said anything about going on a hunt and deleting all the AO content right away. Lot of this discussion is future-oriented. Also, deletion is not the only tool that we have. We can lock comics as well, which is like unapproving, but stronger. That way, it stays on the server but no one can see it, in preparation for eventual move or eventual un-locking.
