isn't there a misunderstanding between "necrophile" and "necrophage" ? Because necrophile is quite meh while this manga seems to refer to the second term.

I asked jap friends who told me that even the raw title has that meaning... Guess it come straight from the mangaka.As long as there's no necrophilia - actual or implied - , I'll just put it down to either a translator error, or the usual mangling of western languages.

It's basically Engrish, a Japanese mangaka using an English (or Latin, in this case, I believe(Ratin?)) term without really knowing the specifics.
I say this because after reading 3 chapters I haven't seen a hint of any sexual activity with anyone.

I agree with you, necrophage suits the title better but it clearly says nechrophilia: ネクロフィリア --->nekurofiriaNecrophile of Darkside Sister ? for real ?
