"MT" stands for Membership Training. In Korea, college students go on a small trip to somewhere as a way to get to know each other.

Let me elaborate if my memory serves right. MT involves paying ~$100, get driven to the countryside by an overly aggressive driver, eating lots and lots of BBQ, getting wasted, staying overnight at a ghetto inn, and playing in the water like the manhua depicted
