Unless you are in a country that censors the Internet (and most don't) then there is de facto freedom of speech online. If you want to try to nail down a specific jurisdiction for legal purposes you'd start with where the website is hosted from. Guess where Batoto is? If you want to say that freedom of speech does not apply here, I have two responses for you:

1) This website is hosted from within the United States, so nobody who would violate freedom of speech has any say over it unless they can get the United States to go along with their demands. Good luck with that.
2) Fuck you.

I'm getting tired of all these "if you don't like it then don't read" arguments. What happened to freedom of speech? Can't anyone make some criticism without getting trampled by some stuck up fanboy?

Yeah, the repetitiveness is boring, but then again it's not supposed to be some epic, noblebright high adventure of any sort. The comments make it very clear as to why anyone would read this.

you guys (I mean this manga's haters) have your freedom of speech, but we (who love this manga) have our freedom to angry at someone insult our loved manga.

I have no offence against you guys, I just tell you guys (anyone who hate this manga) don't read because they don't even know to appreciate the hard work of the mangaka and the hard work Scan Groups.

To make thing easy to understand,

an example: your mom cooking for you over and over only some dish she know, how do you think she feel if you say to her that even the food is good but it's diggusting repetitive and very boring ?

If you don't like it, there's still a better way to say it other than insult.

Like: this manga is cute but I want some change, it's getting boring laterly.

It's repetitive and predictable, no doubt about it. But I still find it charming every single time.

No thank. I love Sotomura-san manga as it is, so sweet, so calm, so cute.

No offence but I think you only should read Boke-Tsukkomi comedy type manga if you want different jokes, no-one can expect what jokes Boke will be saying next. You don't suit to read Slice of life cause you will say it boring soon enough.

I compare this with  "It's not my fault I'm not popular", wich has left me completely paralized due to the sheer painfulness of reading it.

On the other hand, I read this and my heart soothes down, my soul lighthens and leaves completely paralized due to Sotomura's incredibly cute smile.
