The name implies it is a sequel to “To Heart”, but there is no relation between them except that the story of “To Heart 2” takes place two years later at the same school of "To Heart".

Not too impressed. Characters are stock, plot is cliche. Elements get picked up and dropped almost randomly; f'rinstance they do the "hates/fears women" thing like it's going to be a deal, then a couple chapters later he's picking up and carrying some random girl and thinking "soft, smells nice".
Basically, it's just "Guy has a harem but shows no signs of interest in any of them". Just like half the shounen romances ever.

did you actually read the RAW version ?
(tough reading your post description, there's several anime that makes same gesture so I'm not so sure ...)

Deja Vu . . . . . I remember seeing this before. Don't kno if it was the anime or they "re-released" the manga or something. I recall the alien joint gettin a fan club of idiots making the same hands in the air kind of gesture. Or is it just me?

Just a heads up - Last group to pick this up either dropped it or put it on hold. There hasn't been a update in years I think. It actually finishes at volume 5, so there are more chapters to go.
