I watch the first season anime when it came out and thinking about picking it up again so im wondering how far the anime is in the manga anime how well it follow the manga.

I really don't understand, why the harem tag? The only girls who are confirmed to be in love with Touma, are Itsuwa and Mikoto.

The others are either only grateful or have a crush at most. Does that count as harem, too?

There's still Himegami Aisa, Kanzaki Naori, Orsola Aquinas and Meigo Arisa ... Though the others are not as passionate as Itsuwa, Mikoto and MISAKA 10032, You can give more if you have read the LNs but I'll stop here because spoiler~
