You can't compare time travel rules in one series to those in another.
The entire point is they're trying to radically alter history.
If they can do that peacefully, then great.
If not, then it's just one life.

I believe they can't kill him because if anyone has seen Steins:gate they would know that it may create a bigger problem then solve the one that's there, however if they just get those two together, things could change without, fucking up the entire future, tho they can just take his dna and create artificial babies. so yeah there is a plot hole, however if the genes passed on to his kids, what happens when his kids' have kids ? lol

I like how people are thinking about the situation and why certain things don't add up, but I think that implies that he's not being given all of the information. I mean why would exactly one girl close to him cause his genes to not lead to the destruction of the world? Sounds like something fishy is going on.

The Ashvinn group could just ignore Raito and let Yuu get together Kyouko. Once Raito leaves, they can do whatever they want with Yuu.
They could get him after his married too unless Raito plans to be his bodyguard for life.

I think Yuu not only have Kids with many girls that spead virus ( at the Future where Raito come from ) but have kid with Kyouko as well ( don't have Virus, why else the Future know Yuu x Kyouko Kid don't if they don't have kid ).
And Their kid might turn out to have VERY IMPORTANT ROLE in rebel group or the future world. That's why even Raito said would kill Yuu anytime but attually just BLUFF to Threaten Yuu not Give in. That will also explain what you guys wonder "why not just kill Yuu"
=> So the World can really be save only if Yuu marry, have kid with Kyouko and don't have kid with any other girls.

I have to ask, these poeple who want the virus to still come about... what would benefit them? If it kills pretty much all of humanity, who is there to really reap the profits? There will be no lower guys to do all the work to make them money and if they have all the money in the world to do what they please or buy what they want, what other humans are there to actually provide things like this. I like the manga, but I have a feeling these people are evil just to be evil.

Yeah that plot-hole is kinda huge. Trying to save the world normally would go the easier route of killing him of.
I mean even him marrying him the right girl wouldn't save the world. Someone could just steal his genes and ceate kids artificially.
So how come they are so nice to him? lol

Well, Raito did say that doing something that is of great significance will erase their future and make a new one. Something like that.

On the other hand, he could just get Yuu and Kyouko's genes to make the antidote
