... Wait, didn't Madoka have the Memoria since she was a child? How could Yurikano have had one? I thought she had just caused the tragedy of Militia Zodia by using the Vox Core the De Metrio military had.

They'll probably set the facts straight soon, they just did a sort of timeslip to juggle the reader with information and confuse em.
Well they're doing a good job at it aswell ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
i just read chapter 1-10 and i feel no attachment to any of these characters because theirs is no real character development and i feel that the story is being rushed. Well hopefully Production I.g and Suga Shotaro can fix this.

...But it does say that this storyline is different from the anime, so there's still hope for Izo, if not fuck this...im not going to read any further....
