Description:	Knights is a shounen manga tale about squire Mistletien, called 'Mist' for short. Taking place in a medieval world in which the church and her representatives are burning people en masse on suspicion of witchcraft, Mist and his organization are taking a stand against the church and the 'Saints' who are perpetuating the witch hunts. Mist is feared and hated by the village-folk because of his appearence, wearing a mask to disguise himself and going by the moniker 'The Black Knight.' He travels with Euphemia, a young girl who is as expert with mixing potions and poisons as Mist is with a sword, and together they rescue those who are to be executed on suspicion of witchcraft.

Convoluted feelings belonging to an emotionally immature girl, suddenly morphed into a hero of unshakable faith and courage by the end of the series, didn't allow me to actually feel the romance between her and the main guy. The setting itself was good, the mc had a strong backstory, but again fell in love with the silly girl, in an overused fashion. I said a lot about the romance between them and nothing else because it seems to be the main point of the story, not the witch hunt, not the fights, and it didn't seem compelling enough to me.

Ending was rushed, but I've seen worse. Wrapped it up, but left a bunch of things unexplained.

Read two chapters and all I could think of was how much I detest how the church and its believers was before. I still don't really like religion but I don't detest how it's today.

great series, kinda wish there was more tho but at the same time it was made so that you could quickly get attached to the Mc's that most short ones dont manage to do

The ending wasn't bad, just rushed. If the series wasn't dropped, it most likely would of tied everything up nicely.

Good series, but vaguely depressing to me. No matter how noble or great he is, he is never accepted by the public he fights for. And the church is still just a collection of greedy asshats with weird religious artifact-based powers.
Still, good series. Worth a read if you have the time.
