The series was ended already? Sad, I thought it was fairly interesting, albeit slow (but monthly series are always slow).
the 2's bonds are eternal. is what it says on the 1st page of the last chapter on the mag.
4 volumes ;o and we're already at 3.
when I sometimes read battle scenes like in this chapter, I can't help but feel the characters are staring at each other little too long.

It did end at chapter 27. The "status" listing on Batoto is the status of the scanlation, not the serialization in the magazine.
manga-updates lists the serialization as ending at chapter 27 but the manga is ongoing
why are all of these manga-ka all obsessed with this eclipse crap, they're everywhere!
So it's going to end very soon. Meh, perhaps it'll be better if I don't see it till the end.
Edit: And on Shounen Ace, whenever a chapter ends it usually says "To be continued in <month> issue." unless it's the last chapter, then it says "End" only.

That end is at the end of a lot of manga chapters. It just signifies the end of the chapter. If it was the last chapter, usually, they would say something like "thank you for your support please look forward to ***** sensei's next work"
