Actually it would be totally ok for her not getting back to Leon at this point. just her accepting herself again and living a happy live would be great and Leon might get another girl on the road to that point.

Aww some guys (comments below) can't handle not all girls are cute moe and willing to show panties and such. Story is awesome, deep and not this cheery and happy go lucky as most. I hope someone will pick it soon.

well the story is really heart breaking..i didnt knew that the plot will turn out like this,like some kind of NTR stuff. i have stopped reading this stupid manga long ago
