No, he said it "extended" because she no longer feels the need to suppress her true personality and became more open about herself. Plus since they are officially dating she can have sex with him any time she wants so it's not restricted to the 1 hour thing.
She would NEVER cheat on him even if she was alone and had no self-control for 24 hours considering she's completely obsessed with him and as was proven, having no self-control doesn't mean she'll screw any guy closest to her, just means she won't stop herself from screwing the guy she lusts after, her boyfriend.
No, it's not continuing. As I said, this was not an epilogue. It's just an extra chapter that was published in Weekly Young Jump to celebrate a few things. At the moment, there is zero indication that there will be more Kimi wa Midara.
Eh, funny manga but that extra chapter reminded me of something, in the last chapter(5) that guy said that the time extended, that's pretty stupid because leaving her alone for a few days would mean cheating or rather pretty badass cheating
