EDIT: Nevermind. We're all thinking about this from too Western a point of view. We need to be less ethnocentric in our interpretation, and keep in mind the context.
If you think about it logically, it's set in land of ninjas so there's a high likelihood that climbing fences has become second nature to the populace. He probably climbed it so fast that even Godai was powerless to stop him.

that's exactly what i was thinking as he was climbing the fence. I know it's a manga, and fictional, but that kind of killed the scene for me.
Guy just climbed over the fence and the police barely cared, poorly written part i must say, overall it was a decent chapter other than that part.
So glad to see this one back. Definitely an enjoyable read.
At this rate though, it's a race against the clock. Can they stop Anti before Yuuyami rapes Kuro? (Of course, even if they do, she'll just rape him afterwards anyways.)
