Dainana Joshikai Houkou is a fantastical slice of futuristic life that proves that while society can change, people seem to stay the same.

Yyyeeeaaaahh...totally not shoujo-ai. The relationship between the girls just seems like normal (manga) girl stuff (well, ya' know, considering all the weird stuff they have around). I think you'd have to be looking for it to see it, kinda like trying to find a connection between the location and frequency of thefts correlating to how much pizza a person orders.

That would depend on one's point of view, wouldn't it? In this manga, if you want to see it as shôjo-ai you will, if you don't, you won't. At least so far it has seemed that way to me. : ) It works the same either way, too, and I really like that part about it. : D

Why's this marked "shoujo-ai?" I first read it several months ago, and it didn't have that tag then (and the latest chapter doesn't fit that, either). Does it become shoujo-ai further down the line...?

I really liked that device in chapter one =D!!!!

When I sleep in subways/tube, buses, libraries and many other places, I put the earphones plugged to the cellphone or Ipod with alarm set =D!

It's the "traditional" tsukkomi-boke combo added with strange innovations or things just because the setting is in the future. Must add comedy to the genre.
