I think the author is running out of ideas, from the point that they got on the good relationship, no conflict was raised whatsoever. The characters seems to be frozen because everything is  fast approaching the happy ending.

You can see the Xbox 360 (well, only the controller in pages 9 and 10), then a Sega dreamcast on page 12 and on page 13 you see a PS3 with 2 wireless controllers lying around (hard to overlook), a Nitendo 3DS XL and a PSP in the background (all consoles on page 13 are lying on the ground)

I have a feeling its the work of his childhood friend.  Remeber she even has an angel helping her.  The last time might actually be her because the chocolates she made were better and there was no ackward feeling when they were holding hands unlike the other times.

The author needs to take a risk and prolong the manga! the end came too damn fast!

They must exist in the same universe as Haruhi does....

I hope the last ch. is not like Yoshizawa leaving or something which is why she's making Valentine's Day loop over and over again
