@Purple I would actually prefer your prediction, it would be nice if the romance had just started when they met at the hot springs. But the way the author did it so that the romance, drama, good times and bad times all occurred in the past was actually pretty nice too since it means in the present time the MC is starting with nothing so it can only get better from there right?

I just have to survive through whatever happened in their past, Eunseo will definitely have something to do with it...

Every seems to be so fine in '2004' yet they somehow broke up in the present time. Eunseo has something to do with the breakup, I just know it!

That being said. This will definitely turn out like Bad Ending** with the mangaka feeling the need to "force" the situation when nothing would normally happen. Who knows.. Maybe he can pull it off better than other manga but in most cases the reasons for the break up are rather emotionless.

You look at such nice cake, but then you know its going to taste bitter... yet, you cannot help yourself to not eat the cake!

I have two theories on how this manga will end and I think both of them will be about a major misunderstanding/fight between the two main characters. The endings will depend on how they resolve their misunderstanding/fight years later.
1.) Inseong and Suyeong will both acknowledge that the feelings they had for one another were just young love and they will both part ways as friends, at best with their contact information. (A 5-cm per second-esque ending)
2.)As both of them tell their version about the misunderstanding/fight, they discover that they still have feelings for each other and that their relationship was only ended by a simple thing and they start all over again. (The more positive ending)
Again, these are just my theories based on what has happened so far, as I don't know the author's style of writing, and as i read the manhwa more, hopefully it will either approve or deject these theories.

Oh man.. I kind of want to go straight to the ending, how'd they make up in the present or whatever. i don't want to know how their relationship crumbled. So I guess for the time being I'll just wait for good development of the story from you guys in the board.. Haha.

Really sweet chapter, but now we know something is going to go wrong :[. I'm glad they showed us the present time before all this though it means there's still a chance!

My basic read would be, they didn't get together yet. I was already figuring this, but I think ch 20-21 just showed the crucial moment. Basically, when they first met he was mostly fixating on this other girl even though that's almost become habit at this point. Then, just when his feelings were starting to shift towards Tomboy but before he really realized it, he dashed her hopes totally. She gives up, it's too late to fix the misunderstanding, they drift apart and both move on with their lives, regretting . . .

Until we get to the present day where they meet again. At which point they get to maybe start over and go for the happy ending.

Omg, I am looking for a webtoon with this kind of plot. Gonna follow this. Hopefully Easy Going Scans will translate the remaining raws of it.
