Could you post a link, i can't find it on their site. Did you accidentally mistake it for "Boku no Ushiro ni Majo ga Iru", or am I just blind?

Yeah, he isn't on drugs, he just has the L sickness. It's pretty common actually, I have seen it in at least 3 other places. Just look for the symptoms, which include, in order of likelihood of development in patients: heavy bags under the eyes, paleness, the need to crouch and assume weird poses and a rise in detective skills which may border on paranoia. Some rare cases also present an increase in sugar intake.
