AREA D - Inou Ryouiki

I am rather annoyed by the "bipolarity" of characters and who or what is the MC/main plot. And now the whole fucking "ubermench" cliche. After reading mangas for over a decade I think I am developing a really high entry point factor when it comes to plot and character creation. This was somewhat entartaining but is on a decline as of late... no signals of haeding any other path than the same 'ol same 'ol... as if there was a formula for mangas, same ingredients and colours just different shape. Bah!

I don't think the uploader knows what they're doing or even aware that there is a Hungarian language tag.

When you upload the chapters , for some reason some of the languages dont appear , Hungarian happens to be one of those.

Don't put your upload as "English" if it isn't in English. I don't think it's that hard.

Well, I see absolutely no sings that Jin will ever stop being the focus. In fact, it seems the author plans to make him even more of an MC. He heard the crying... who cannot predict 80% of what's coming? I really wanted the original MC to grow, but I didn't expect him to get shoved out of the spotlight entirely and for someone else to take his place. This is extremely irritating. Jin is awesome, but WTF?

It's one of those where the MC starts out as a very average and somewhat wimpy kid, and the moment somebody strong and mysterious is introduced the focus shifts to him.

 

I agree, a practically perfect in every way, idealistic, and righteous MC worshiped by friends is just boring to follow, especially if somebody else is introduced as the MC first.

So the MC is a powerful, mysterious character with a dark past who's just trying to do right by the world? Didn't Defense Devil already cover that base?

 

Ugh, not to be too bitter, just would have been nice to have an MC with a growth arc instead of being a dashing and misunderstood hero from the get-go.

Hate it when the author creates conflicting MCs like this. Was the guy originally introduced the MC? Or was the guy who entered the picture later the MC?

I get that authors might consider it good writing, a bait and switch. But personally I find it kind of annoying.

So, I started reading a while back, stopped, and am now trying to catch up. I gotta ask, who's the MC? The series started with the glasses kid as the focus, then it moved onto Jin this, Jin that, his sorry past. Is he the real MC? Or should I keep expecting glasses to come back into the scene?
