The charm in the old manga is that they are not so strictly bound to categories.
In this one, though the shôjo style elements are strong, blood is spilled and people suffer, even die... and the heroine is strong at heart, which makes it a comfortable read for someone like me. The balance of mystery/action/romance is very good.

I really am looking forward to new chapters of this series. <3
